When a pet passes away, pet owners must decide on the final arrangements. In Singapore, cremation is the most common choice due to space limitations for burials.

If you prefer to bury your pet, it is important to adhere to the National Environment Agency (NEA) regulations regarding pet burials. For dog owners, additional steps are required to cancel your pet’s license after cremation (refer to Step 8 for details).

Transportation of Your Pet

You have two options for bringing your pet to our facility:

Pick-Up Service: We offer transportation services to collect your pet from your home or veterinary clinic. Pick-ups are available daily.
Drop-Off Option: You may also choose to bring your pet to our facility during our operating hours.

Creating a Memorial Keepsake

Losing a pet is never easy, and many owners wish to keep a piece of their beloved companion as a cherished memory. We offer various memorial keepsake options including urns, engraved plaques, and, custom jewelry and other remembrance items to honor your pet’s memory.

Choosing a Resting Place

Once the cremation is complete, you will need to decide on a final resting place for your pet’s ashes. We offer several options:

Home Memorial – Many pet owners choose to keep their pet’s ashes in a special urn at home.
Pet Columbarium – Store your pet’s urn in a designated pet columbarium for a peaceful and permanent resting place.
Sea Scattering – A symbolic way to return your pet to nature by scattering the ashes at sea.

Cancellation of Dog License

For dog owners, canceling your pet’s license is essential to avoid ongoing annual fees. You can do this by logging into the Pet Animal Licensing System (PALS) and submitting a request. A death certificate is required for this process, and we will provide a cremation certificate for your records.
